Hello! Thanks to our older users for staying with us and following us on our expansion, and welcome new users!
As we moved and ported our new masterlist, a lot of accounts and links were lost. We tried our best to link with what we had at hand, but doing this manually was a huge task and we are bound to make mistakes, and given a lot of people forgot to update the ownership record from alumies traded years ago we encountered many missing alumies.
If you need to claim missing or misattributed alumies, please follow the guides below (according to your situation).
✅ I have a toyhouse account
If you have a toyhouse account, you should be able to login through it or add it as a primary Alias under your account settings (can be reached at https://alumyworld.com/account/settings ). This is mandatory to be able to browse the site normally, so you should have done that already if you went with toyhouse register (if you have any issues registering with toyhouse please contact the staff, this has been a known issue especially on mobile unfortunately).
If you had an account linked to your instagram page, you should have your alumies assigned back to you automatically.
"I added my toyhouse but I cannot see my characters, what do I do?"
In the case this happens, it either means you didn't have a toyhouse linked to your instagram or somewhere else for us to add to the ownership, or the account you linked was an older one, or your instagram was unreachable. If this happens, please submit a claim on-site (it might take a slower time for us to answer you) with the following form :
- Reason - Claiming alumies with a Toyhouse
- Site username :
- Current toyhouse username :
- Old instagram or toyhouse username :
- Alumies claimed :
- Proof of ownership :
- Additional notes :
❌I Do not have a toyhouse account
If you do not have a toyhouse account, your alumies are currently hosted on the Admin account. You should be able to find them there. You can go ahead and submit a claim on-site (it might take a slower time for us to answer you) with the following form :
- Reason - Claiming alumies without a Toyhouse
- Site username :
- Instagram username :
- Alumies claimed :
- Proof of ownership :
- Additional notes :
If one of the characters you currently own was wrongly assigned and you cannot find it through the Admin acount, contact us via the same means but with the following reason instead :
- Reason - Wrongly assigned ownership without a Toyhouse
