The Alumy staff, the Staff (Also "Us", "We", "Our") refers to the administrative and moderating staff behind the Alumy World name and the Alumy brand such as (but not limited to) Administrators (Admins), Species Moderators, Discord moderators and Website developpers (known as Site Managers).
Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual.
The website, Alumy World, the service, the site refers to this website in specific, accessible at alumyworld.com.

As a guest or as a user, we may need to collect your data depending on how you choose to interact with the website.

We may collect personal data from registered user such as (but not limited to):

- First and last name
- Birth date
- Usage data (Including your IP)
If you wish to modify that data, wether it is inacurrate, out-of-date, or other verifiable reason, you can contat us through the Discord ticket system.

Usage data refers to the data automatically collected when a user or guest interact with the website or is from the website's infrastructure itself.
The usage data collected may include your Internet Protocol (IP) adress, the device you might use (mobile, desktop etc), the browser and its version, the pages you are visiting, the date and time you are visiting and the time spent on it, as well as other diagnostic data or data not listed amongst the above examples.
We may also collect cookies or what your browser may send us each time you visit the website or its services.
Toyhou.se data
To be able to register and participate in the website, we require you to link a valid Toyhou.se account belonging to you as part of the verification process. If you do not currently own a Toyhou.se account, you can message Marsky on discord (MarskyMessier) or email at marskymessier@gmail.com so he can give you an access code (provided Toyhou.se is still behind authorized access).
Alumy World and the staff does not access the information from these website outside of you linking the external site to Alumy World.
Alumy World and the staff does not have access to your account and cannot modify anything from it.
If you wish to remove your Toyhou.se account from Alumy World, please contact the Administrators through the discord, where you can also open a ticket. We do not guaranteed you won't have to deactivate your account in the process of removing the Toyhou.se associated with it.
Security
We value the trust you put into us keeping your data and your user experience safe. However, like many places and services on the Internet and other method of electronic storage, we cannot 100% guarantee the safety and reliability of our services. We ask you to not divulge any more private or personnal data than we ask.
Children under 13
Our service is not made for and is not intended to be used by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In the case of discovering a child under 13 has provided us personal data or information, we will delete such data from our services and terminate any associated and owned account from that child.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware your child has provided us with personal data, you may contact us requesting the deletion of said data, and we will do accordingly so.
