Whimle - a small slime like creature with floating astral wings. These creatures are harmless to alumy with a diet mainly consisting of bugs and decaying organic matter. Whimle have short lifespans, living naturally about a month, though some whimle have been known to live up to a year.
When controlled by an alumy, their wings grow to accommodate the alumy’s size and give them the ability of temporary flight. When a whimle exerts itself in this manner it usually dies shortly after.
